You know it's important to teach children to give thanks for God's many blessings and use those blessings wisely to serve Him. Learning to understand the value of sharing, saving and spending money is a good place to start.
When you help your child save for the future through the LCEF Young Investors (Y.I.) Club, those dollars can also help someone else learn about Jesus. Through the Y.I. Club activities, newsletters and web pages, your child can learn valuable stewardship concepts while empowering ministry through LCEF.
With an investment of just $25 to open the Y.I. StewardAccount, your young investor becomes a Y.I. Club member with special fun activities that grow with three different age levels.
Like many young people, you like going online to check out and support stores, restaurants and online brands because they have products or a philosophy intent on making a difference in the world.
Your Y.I. Club investment with Lutheran Church Extension Fund (LCEF) is a way to take action in a real and powerful way. You'll impact others as together we support ministries that partner with LCEF for the resources they need to reach out with the Gospel. Investments make funds available for loans and services that congregations, schools, ministry and service facilities of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod (LCMS) need to move forward.
LCEF empowers Lutherans and their ministries in Kingdom work. We want more people to hear and believe the Gospel, be baptized and grow in the Word. That's not just our corporate mission, but our mission as followers of Jesus Christ.
Our employees share their time and talents beyond the workplace. Staff members participate in work-sponsored servant events, serve in their own churches and schools, and contribute to various causes, including the Community Chest Fund for fellow employees that may experience a need during times of personal tragedy or natural disaster. Staff members have participated in countless mission trips around the world as well. Just like you, we seek to serve others and change the world with His message.
