Have you ever seen a stadium full of people cheering for their favorite team? You might have gone to an actual game or seen one on TV. Everyone seems to be smiling, excited, and ready to pay attention to everything that happens. When we go to church, we can get excited just like that. We're going to listen, learn, and share our joy with lots of others who love Jesus just like we do. The really cool part is that we're ALWAYS a winner when we are on God's team. When you go to church, think of it as a time to cheer for God and thank Him for all of His wonderful blessings. Yeah God!

To the right, is another placemat. This one can help you think about balancing your faith "diet." You’ll see the biggest portion is love. Not only should you show love by serving others, but love yourself. That includes being good to yourself: eat the right foods, get plenty of sleep and stay active by playing sports or games, walking a pet, cleaning house for your parents or grandparents. Anything that keeps your body moving and your brain engaged will keep you ready to share the Gospel!
